Supported Unity version: 2021.3.1f1.
- Download and install Unity Editor from the Unity Download Archive
- In the Unity Hub add Android Module to the installed editor
- Create a new project selecting 2021.3.1f1 on top, and use Universal 3D (sometimes also called 3D URP) as template
- Wait for the project to fully initialize and open
- Locate the PaleBlue Trainer .unitypackage file in Explorer, and double-click on it
- In the Unity Package popup window, click Import
- The package will start installing
- When Scoped Registry dialog pops up, click Close
- When Input System-related Warning dialog will appear, click Yes to restart Unity
- When XR InteractionLayer Mask dialog window appears, click I Made a Backup, Go Ahead!
- Unity will restart at some point
- Wait for the package to complete the installation
- If you haven’t used PaleBlue Trainer at this PC yet, you need to activate the license
- Open PaleBlue → License Manager using the Unity application menu
- Copy the Device ID and send to PaleBlue for activation
- Once the activation has been done at the PaleBlue server, restart Unity and you are good to go! Time to create some knock-out VR training.
